【丁香酚】

近期探究丁香酚多種效益有逐漸增長的趨勢。

分析丁香酚的結構時，會稱其為苯基丙烷（phenylpropanoid）的一種，因為丁香酚含有至少一個具有其他官能基的苯環。

含有丁香酚的精油包含：

* 丁香

* 肉桂

丁香酚是許多化妝品以及食品的成分。此外也是許多食物和飲品的香料，以此增添丁香辛嗆的氣味。1

👍丁香酚已證實具有許多提升健康的功效。

實驗性的研究認為丁香酚應可維護健康的細胞功能以及免疫機制。2,3

此外研究亦指出丁香酚能維護健康的血液循環因此應可強化心血管健康。4

可於牙膏中加入丁香酚加強清潔效果。除此之外，丁香酚還具有舒緩功效。6

結論

丁香酚雖不像檸烯或芳樟醇如此普遍，但研究表示丁香酚其實具備相當全面的健康功效。從促進健康的心血管、細胞和免疫功能再到舒緩與清潔的特性，丁香酚能解決各式各樣的健康需求。
